A |     广大市民朋友们：          　　抚顺市气象局11月25日8时40分发布暴雪Ⅳ级（一般）、寒潮Ⅲ级（较重）预警: 受东北冷涡和地面气旋共同影响，预计25日17时至26日14时，我市将出现小雨转雨夹雪转中雪到大雪、局部暴雪天气，雨雪总量15～25毫米，其中市区、抚顺县和清原县降雪量3～7毫米，积雪深度2～4厘米；新宾县降雪量7～14毫米，积雪深度5～10厘米。25日至26日，气温将下降14℃～16℃，27日早晨气温将达到最低，最低气温为-15℃～-13℃、东部山区低至-19℃～-17℃，偏西风4～5级，阵风7～8级。

B | 为确保您及家人的生命财产安全，在此，抚顺市安委办特别提醒您：          　　注意防风防寒。    (ECNS)-- China has launched its first large-scale project to recycle and reuse retired wind turbines in Jiuquan, Gansu Province, according to China Resources Recycling Group on Monday.    The project involves refurbishing 25 wind turbines that have been in operation for more than 15 years. It aims to fill a gap in China’s high-value recycling and reuse of large-scale wind power equipment.        Engineers are testing key components, including generators, gearboxes and towers, and repairing and upgrading them using independently developed technologies. The refurbished turbines have shown significantly improved performance, with some core components performing close to the level of brand-new products. They can be reused at small local power stations and for industrial power supply.    Traditionally, retired wind turbines are either sent to landfills or incinerated. C | 雨雪、寒潮、大风天气对设施农业及养殖大棚将有不利影响，应提前防范加固，及时清除棚面冰雪。养殖户要特别做好牛、羊、鸡等牲畜棚加固和保暖工作。         　　城市除雪，人人有责，在此我们向广大市民倡议，不要将车辆停在路边，以便城管部门除雪；各沿街商户要认真落实门前“三包”责任制，清扫自家门前积雪，为市民安全出行尽分内之责。
